1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the One Million Global Platform (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

  • MailPort – Virtual Mailing Address Management Service
  • One Million Store – Marketplace pour le commerce local
  • One Million Restaurants – Restaurant Management System
  • One Million Schools – School Fee Payment Platform
  • One Million Properties – Real Estate Management Platform
  • Public Procurement Management – Procurement Management Solution
  • One Million Health – Health Management System

3. Registration and Account

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Keep your account and password secure
  • Create a separate account for each application you use.
  • Notify the Platform immediately in case of unauthorized use

4. Fees and Payments

PayFlow

  • Local consumers: $4.99/month, no transaction fees
  • International users: Free, $1.25 per transfer

One Million Restaurants

  • Monthly subscription: $4.99
  • Fees vary depending on the payment method and country.

One Million Properties

  • Platform access: $4.99 for 30 days
  • First rent payment: $4.99 platform fee

One Million Schools

  • Platform fee: $4.99 per payment

One Million Store

  • Platform commission: 2.25% on each sale
  • Home delivery fee: $3.25

MailPort

  • Pickup fee: $3.25
  • Home delivery: $5.00

Public Procurement Management

  • Platform fees: 4.99% on PayFlow payments

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
 
  • Using the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Transmitting viruses or malicious code
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Using the Platform to harass or harm others
  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others

6. Data Confidentiality

We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this collection and use.
 
Data collected:
  • Identification information (name, email, phone number)
  • Payment information and transactions
  • Location data and addresses
  • Platform usage data

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform belong to One Million Global Platform or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute these elements without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:
  • Financial losses resulting from the use of our services
  • Interruptions or errors in the service
  • Content or behavior of third-party users
  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
 
You can also close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Amendments to the Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kinshasa.
